Compulsory Church Back Ground Checks

Churches usually have a whole lot of people attached to them from the ministers to teachers and there have been incidents where these people with important positions, have misused the trust of the church.
Any negative thing that happens in the church causes a lot of worry among people of the community as the church is a holy place and people cannot believe that someone can abuse this trust.
This happens because of the failure of the church to conduct back ground checks before taking people into the church in various positions. This trusting nature in humanity does not work in the present world.
If the church fails to take enough care when hiring people and they face negative consequences, then the church can become liable to law suits as well as charges for legal damages, for the actions of those people.
The most important aspect is the safety of the members of the church and children. Sexual predators are at large everywhere and the church is no exception.
Volunteer screening and staff screening is not an option anymore and it has become a necessity in order to protect the institution and the members belonging to that institution.
